Free of Charge Assessment
After an initial conversation, our air-conditioning engineers Dan and Spencer attended the site free of charge to carry out a full survey of the council offices. Their assessment allowed us to design a bespoke climate-control solution tailored to the layout, occupancy, and usage of each room.
Our proposal was submitted to the Council and approved by the decision-makers without amendment – a great validation of the clarity and value of the solution.

Over several months, our team worked systematically through the Maldon council offices, installing new Bosch high-efficiency air conditioning systems across multiple areas including:
