Initial visit they did not identify the issue but when called back were very thorough and fixed immediately. Whilst I had them visit I asked for a couple of taps to be replaced and this was all completed within one week of contacting them and reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again.

Very reasonable quotation. Convenient timescale for work to be carried out. The work took three days for a single engineer. Each day an e-mail confirmed time of arrival. The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. All work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. All paperwork was provided to me and the relevant info registered with the boiler manufacturer by the Solitaire engineer so that I didn’t have to Completely satisfied with Solitaire and will use them again when I need the annual service
