Richard did an outstanding job. He had to replace a bath with a shower over it with a walkthrough shower and infill with matching tiles plus replace the loo and sink and make good. He was a perfectionist, wanting to make everything look as good as possible. He consulted with me to make sure I was happy with decisions he made, he cleaned up each evening, he kept the loo in place for as long as possible as I have no alternative. Altogether I was thrilled with the end result and cannot recommend the company enough.

The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner.
