Used a couple of their services; first to identify a leak and then install a couple of new taps. Good service, good communication, follow up and very timely. Initial visit they did not identify the issue but when called back were very thorough and fixed immediately. Whilst I had them visit I asked for a couple of taps to be replaced and this was all completed within one week of contacting them and reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again.

Very reasonable quotation. Convenient timescale for work to be carried out. The work took three days for a single engineer. Each day an e-mail confirmed time of arrival. The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. I rang first thing in the morning, as my bathroom was flooded. Solitaire were quick to respond. Although they were fully booked they sent someone out the same day by 1pm. The work was done cleanly, quickly and they knew exactly what needed doing and where the problem was. The bathroom was left sparkling and the cistern fully working (better than before!), although the reason for the call out was to correct a leak. I was surprised how little it cost when I got the invoice which I was happy to pay straight away.
