Had a new shower tap and water softener fitted in two separate appointments. Everyone on time, so polite and friendly and left the space so clean and tidy! Always would recommend. Online billing system is easy to access as well. Everyone on the phone is friendly and helpful too.

The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit. The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Richard did an outstanding job. He had to replace a bath with a shower over it with a walkthrough shower and infill with matching tiles plus replace the loo and sink and make good. He was a perfectionist, wanting to make everything look as good as possible. He consulted with me to make sure I was happy with decisions he made, he cleaned up each evening, he kept the loo in place for as long as possible as I have no alternative. Altogether I was thrilled with the end result and cannot recommend the company enough.
