I rang first thing in the morning, as my bathroom was flooded. Solitaire were quick to respond. Although they were fully booked they sent someone out the same day by 1pm. The work was done cleanly, quickly and they knew exactly what needed doing and where the problem was. The bathroom was left sparkling and the cistern fully working (better than before!), although the reason for the call out was to correct a leak. I was surprised how little it cost when I got the invoice which I was happy to pay straight away.

All work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. All paperwork was provided to me and the relevant info registered with the boiler manufacturer by the Solitaire engineer so that I didn’t have to Completely satisfied with Solitaire and will use them again when I need the annual service

The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit.
