Had a new shower tap and water softener fitted in two separate appointments. Everyone on time, so polite and friendly and left the space so clean and tidy! Always would recommend. Online billing system is easy to access as well. Everyone on the phone is friendly and helpful too.

Needed to Drain and remove existing hot water cylinder Remove existing pump on hot water pipework and re-join the pipe Supply and install 120l Gledhill unvented direct hot water cylinder Supply and install Unvented hot water safety kit Connect to existing immersion wiring/timer Commission and register installation on a an urgent basis due to no hot water!! Solitaire were there to assess job and all of the above work was completed by Spencer who worked non stop from 9am onwards! Absolutely brilliant. The job was completed professionally, no mess and tank area was tidied and looks fantastic!

Old boiler replaced with new one plus extra thermostats requested on upstairs radiators Work was carried out within a week of accepting the quote and E mails kept me informed of arrival time which was adhered to. All work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. All paperwork was provided to me and the relevant info registered with the boiler manufacturer by the Solitaire engineer so that I didn’t have to Completely satisfied with Solitaire and will use them again when I need the annual service

The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit. Fantastic tradesmen and I would happily use again.

Used a couple of their services; first to identify a leak and then install a couple of new taps. Good service, good communication, follow up and very timely. Initial visit they did not identify the issue but when called back were very thorough and fixed immediately. Whilst I had them visit I asked for a couple of taps to be replaced and this was all completed within one week of contacting them and reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again.

When doing my annual service they found a leaking shower pump which was replaced together with flushing the system and adding inhibitor. This was done quickly, cleanly and with the minimum of disturbance.
