Dan visited beforehand to discuss options, accommodate where we ideally wanted the inside and outside units and advised as to the different models we could have installed. Dan and Jack then installed the Midea Breezeless E system over a couple of days to an extremely high standard. Both units were very neatly and unobtrusively installed which was exactly what we wanted. Dan assisted in setting up the system, pairing it to the app and showed us how to operate it. Faultless install, would recommend.

Richard did an outstanding job. He had to replace a bath with a shower over it with a walkthrough shower and infill with matching tiles plus replace the loo and sink and make good. He was a perfectionist, wanting to make everything look as good as possible. He consulted with me to make sure I was happy with decisions he made, he cleaned up each evening, he kept the loo in place for as long as possible as I have no alternative. Altogether I was thrilled with the end result and cannot recommend the company enough.
