Initial visit they did not identify the issue but when called back were very thorough and fixed immediately. Whilst I had them visit I asked for a couple of taps to be replaced and this was all completed within one week of contacting them and reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again.

The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit. All work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. All paperwork was provided to me and the relevant info registered with the boiler manufacturer by the Solitaire engineer so that I didn’t have to Completely satisfied with Solitaire and will use them again when I need the annual service
