Had a new shower tap and water softener fitted in two separate appointments. Everyone on time, so polite and friendly and left the space so clean and tidy! Always would recommend. Online billing system is easy to access as well. Everyone on the phone is friendly and helpful too.

Initial visit they did not identify the issue but when called back were very thorough and fixed immediately.
