When doing my annual service they found a leaking shower pump which was replaced together with flushing the system and adding inhibitor. This was done quickly, cleanly and with the minimum of disturbance.

Very reasonable quotation. Convenient timescale for work to be carried out. The work took three days for a single engineer. Each day an e-mail confirmed time of arrival. The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit.
