The company was really good and both engineers took the time and effort to understand the new filter before fitting it. Due to old pipe work they had quite a bit of unexpected work to do which they took in there stride and even came out the following day to identify a fault in the filter unit. Fantastic tradesmen and I would happily use again.

Very reasonable quotation. Convenient timescale for work to be carried out. The work took three days for a single engineer. Each day an e-mail confirmed time of arrival. The engineer was excellent – efficient, tidy, patient with ‘senior’ questions. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed by the new copper pipework for the boiler.

I rang first thing in the morning, as my bathroom was flooded. Solitaire were quick to respond. Although they were fully booked they sent someone out the same day by 1pm. The work was done cleanly, quickly and they knew exactly what needed doing and where the problem was. The bathroom was left sparkling and the cistern fully working (better than before!), although the reason for the call out was to correct a leak. I was surprised how little it cost when I got the invoice which I was happy to pay straight away.

We chose Solitaire to install our new Air Conditioning system for our bedroom. Dan visited beforehand to discuss options, accommodate where we ideally wanted the inside and outside units and advised as to the different models we could have installed. Dan and Jack then installed the Midea Breezeless E system over a couple of days to an extremely high standard. Both units were very neatly and unobtrusively installed which was exactly what we wanted. Dan assisted in setting up the system, pairing it to the app and showed us how to operate it. Faultless install, would recommend.
