An outside condense pipe removes the acidic waste water from your boiler and release its outside of your home. This gets produced when the boiler condenses water vapour to create the heat your home needs.

A modern condensing boiler can produce up to 3 litres of waste water an hour when it is operating.

The Solitaire team highly recommend insulating or upgrading your outside condense pipework. When you have a long run or undersized waste pipe from the boiler, it can freeze in the winter, this will back up condensate into the boiler, cause a fault code or an expensive repair.
