Here at Solitaire, we try to be as transparent and as fair as possible. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive out there, but we promise you that you will deal with a company that are big enough to trust and small enough to care.
We will send out a qualified, experienced trades person that will attempt to remedy any issue quickly and efficiently. If we are unable to repair or temporarily repair the problem, then you will receive no charge from us, and a quotation will be sent within 24hrs.
We do not charge for surveys and quotation will be sent within 24hrs.
